Guestline Evo: Log in and navigate using Guestline Access Evo

Logging in for the first time

Before using Access Evo for the first time, ensure:

  • Your Evo administrator has created an account for you.

  • You have received either:

    • An automated new user email containing the Evo login link. Ensure you click the link and log in using their name and create a password.

    • A username and password from your Administrator.

  • A friendly URL link if your organisation uses one.


Log in to Access Evo

To log in to Access Evo using the Friendly URL, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Access Evo:

    • Click the friendly URL provided by your Guestline onboarding team.

  2. Enter your Access Identity email address or select Sign in with a username.

  3. Once you have entered the required details, click Next to complete the login process.

Once you are signed in to Access Evo, use the steps below to launch Guestline PMS.


Open Guestline PMS within Access Evo

To launch Guestline PMS within Access Evo, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Access Evo button in the top left corner.

  2. Click Products.

  3. Click the Guestline PMS icon, as shown below:

🤓Tip: If you have access to multiple properties, select the arrow next to the Guestline PMS icon and choose your property from the list.


Best Practices for new users

Once you are logged in to Access Evo, find time to:

  • Explore each section - Familiarise yourself with Analytics, Copilot, and Feed.

  • Test Copilot skills - Try asking a simple question.

  • Review available dashboards - Check which Analytics dashboards you can access, and consider creating your own customer dashboard.

  • Configure notifications - Understand what notifications appear in Feed.

  • Regularly use Evo - Make it part of your routine to check the Feed regularly to stay updated on notifications and use Evo - as more features will be added over time.


Troubleshooting

Cannot find the Access Evo button

Solution:

  • Ensure that you are logged in via Access Identity.

  • Check that your organisation has Evo enabled.

  • Verify you have been granted permission to view the Evo button by an administrator.

  • Try refreshing the browser page.

Features Not Visible

Solution:

  • Confirm your role permissions.

  • Check that Products like Analytics and Guestline PMS have been enabled for your user.

  • Check that features such as Copilot, Analytics skill or Feed have been enabled for your user.

  • Contact your administrator to verify feature access.
