Logging in for the first time
Before using Evo for the first time, ensure:
Your Evo administrator has created an account for you.
You have received either:
An automated new user email containing the Evo login link. Ensure you click the link and log in using their name and create a password.
A username and password from your Administrator.
Log in
To log in to Access Evo, follow the steps below:
Ensure you are logged out of your old Guestline SSO user account.
Navigate to theGuestline Hom e or use the link here:https://home.eu.guestline.app.
⚠️Important: You cannot currently access Evo from the installed Browser on your desktop.
Enter your email address or username.
Select the Log in with Access button.
Once the Access Evo login screen loads, enter your Access Identity email address and select Next.
Guestline Rezlynx PMS will load in a new tab and can be used as usual.
To open Access Evo, click the Access Evo button in the top-left corner of the screen.
Best Practices for new users
Once you are logged in to Access Evo, find time to:
Explore each section - Familiarise yourself with Analytics, Copilot, and Feed.
Test Copilot skills - Try asking a simple question.
Review available dashboards - Check which Analytics dashboards you can access, and consider creating your own customer dashboard.
Configure notifications - Understand what notifications appear in Feed.
Regularly use Evo - Make it part of your routine to check the Feed regularly to stay updated on notifications and use Evo - as more features will be added over time.
Exploring key features
Access Button
The Access Evo button is located in the top-left corner of Guestline Rezlynx.
A red dot on the Access EVO button indicates unread items requiring your review.
Access Evo icon
Click into Products, then select Access Evo icon to view Access Evo in a new browser tab, where you can explore Insights and Dashboards, and switch Access Evo organisations. The Access Evo product icon is shown below:
Analytics Access
Click on Products, then select Analytics to view available dashboards.
Pre-set dashboards are available, plus you can create your own.
You can view both group-level and site-level data depending on your permissions.
Copilot Functionality
Access the AI assistant through the Copilot section.
Two main skills available:
Guestline Knowledge Base for support questions.
Analytics for data-related queries.
Also available for general AI tasks.
Feed Notifications
Check Feed for centralised notifications.
View GuestStay notifications and reservation alerts.
Take action directly from the notification interface.
Understanding access levels
Access Evo has two access levels:
Users have access to core features like Insights and Dashboards.
Administrators have additional configuration options and can manage other users.
Your access level determines what options you'll see in each section.
Your access level is set by your Evo Administrator, who has full access to change users. Guestline support cannot change your access levels for Access Evo.
Troubleshooting Common First-Time Access Issues
Cannot find the Access Evo button
Solution:
Ensure you're fully logged into Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
Ensure that you are logged in via Access Identity.
Check that your organisation has Evo enabled.
Verify you have been granted permission to view the Evo button by an administrator.
Try refreshing the browser page.
Features Not Visible
Solution:
Confirm your role permissions.
Check that Products like Analytics and Guestline PMS have been enabled for your user.
Check that features such as Copilot, Analytics skill or Feed have been enabled for your user.
Contact your administrator to verify feature access.
