Guestline EPoS buttons on the till screen can be modified in the following ways:
Add or remove buttons
Add a button
To add a button to the till screen, follow the steps below:
Launch and log into the EPoS Backoffice, and select PLU Setup.
Select Menu Config and double-click the menu tab where the button is to be added.
A screen configuration screen will open, and in the top left of the screen is a tree view display. Expand the Templates, then Templates Plus until you see the PLU folder.
Within the PLU folder locate the item to added to the button, for example:
Food items - can be found within the PLU folder under Charge code, and PLU item descriptions.
Drink items - can be found within the PLU folder under Charge codes, then Drink category, then Brand, then PLU item (inc. Measure).
⚠️ Important - If you wish to add multiple items from the same folder, you can drag and drop the folder onto the screen, and this will add all PLU items within that folder to the screen.
Once you have located the item, select then drag and drop it into an available location on the screen.
Click Save and confirm your changes.
Remove a button
⚠️ Important: Removing a button only removes the item from the screen view, the item will still exist within the PLU items should you need to re-add it in future.
To remove a button from the till screen, follow the steps below:
Launch and log into the EPoS Back Office, and select PLU Setup.
Select Menu Config and double-click the menu tab where the button is to be removed from.
A screen configuration screen will open, and existing buttons are shown on the right. Hover over the button you wish to remove, right click and select Remove.
Click Save and confirm your changes.
