Guestline EPoS: Remove PLU items from the till menu screen

You can remove PLU items from the till screen in a few simple steps.

You can remove PLU items from the till screen but they will be retained for historical reporting and for if you wish to re-add in the future.

To remove PLU items please follow the steps below:

  1. Within the Back office navigate to PLU setup then Menu Config.

  2. Select the menu tab you wish to amend (by double-clicking it), which will then allow you to remove the PLU items.

  3. Right-click on the items and remove.

  4. Click Save.

From this same screen, you can also add PLU items from the top left-hand corner of the navigation page, under Template select PLU’s.

Restart the till device to pick up the changes you have made.

📌 Note: If you are unsure which tills have which menu tabs you can use ‘Menu Tab Templates’. This can be found by Navigating to: ‘PLU Setup’, ‘Menu Config’, ‘Menu Tab Templates’. Within this section, you can assign different layouts for tills and check which tills are assigned to which.
