What is the price model?

The Price Model is configuration pulled from Booking.com by Guestline to identify the pricing model each rate plan is on.

Price models include:

  • Standard Pricing: Per person- A single price is set per room, regardless of the number of guests.

  • Occupancy-Based: Per room - The price can be adjusted based on the number of guests staying in the room.

  • Single Use: A rate is configured to allow for single occupancy.

  • Fixed Occupancy: A rate can only be booked for a specific occupancy.

How can I change the price model?

You will need to reach out to Booking.com directly for their assistance to change the price model for you. This is information that is pushed to Guestline and cannot be amended or changed from Guestline's side.
