What is Access Evo Copilot?
Copilot is a secure, AI-powered digital assistant designed to help you simplify everyday tasks. This powerful tool streamlines information retrieval, enabling you to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly. All Copilot interactions take place within a data-secure environment. This means you can safely include guest data in your queries without security concerns.
How to use Access Evo Copilot
To access Copilot, follow the steps below:
Click the Access Evo button, located in the top-left corner of Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
Select Copilot.
Choose the required skill or type a general question in the box at the bottom of the Copilot window.
📌Note: Type up to 4,000 characters per message.
Click thearrow icon to submit your message.
Access Evo Copilot will provide a response, which you can reply to at any time.
Mobile Access
Copilot is available through the Access Evo mobile app with the same functionality as the desktop version, allowing you to get assistance wherever you are.
Getting the most out of Access Evo Copilot
You can ask Copilot virtually any question using natural language. The AI assistant analyses your queries and provides relevant responses based on the available skills and data sources.To ensure the best interaction with Copilot, use clear and simple language. Where Copilot does not return an expected result, you may need to rephrase or add additional context to your question.

and custom dashboards. You can ask questions and Copilot will provide the relevant data directly, eliminating the need to manually open reports and search for information. The Copilot Analytics skill can provide data that corresponds to reports available in Guestline Rezlynx PMS, including:
Actual & Forecast report data.

Are there limits to the number of lookups that can be made?
Yes, the standard license includes 400 messages per user per month. Add-on packs can be bought to increase this usage.
Will we be prevented from using more messages than we have available?
Yes, you will be prompted.
What is generative AI good at?
It is excellent at content creation, personalisation, simulation and modelling, problem solving and innovation, language translation and understanding. The possibilities are endless!
Are responses accurate in Generative AI?
While generative AI can produce accurate and relevant responses in many cases, it is essential to approach its outputs with a critical mindset. Users should be aware of the limitations and potential inaccuracies, particularly in complex or rapidly changing fields. For the best results, combining generative AI insights with human judgment and external verification is advisable.
Will Access Evo features keep my information confidential, and what happens to the information I upload?
Information that you might upload stays within the secure environment and won’t leave the Access infrastructure. No one outside of Access or your organisation will see the prompts, queries or information. We keep each customer’s information independently confidential and secure, unlike open ChatGPT, where any information you input or ask it to reformat will be used by Microsoft OpenAI services to inform their future models and will therefore be available to others to view. You need to use a secure system like Access Copilot to protect yourself and prevent your information from being available to the wider internet.
Why can’t I see the Analytics Skill?
The Analytics skill is configured as a restricted feature to ensure that only designated users can access analytics data. To grant access to this feature, an Administrator must:
Click the Access button, select Products , then select Access Evo .
Select Members and locate the specific user.
Click the 3-dot menu beside their name, then select Edit Features .
Enable the Analytics Skill option.
Once this feature has been activated, the Analytics functionality will become visible and accessible to that user within their interface.
Will I always get the same answer to the same question?
Copilot might not answer the same question in the same way every time. It’s powered by a large language model that mimics the way the human brain works. It responds based on the context available to it at the time, so it might respond differently to the same or similar questions, just as a human brain would.
