Digital registration allows guests to complete check-in information prior to arrival, in order to speed up the check-in process on arrival. This feature is available exclusively to GuestStay customers, and cannot be deactivated.
Edit Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
To edit the Terms and Conditions shown within the digital check in, follow the steps below:
Within Rezlynx PMS, select Menu.
Select GuestStay, then under Configuration select Functionality.
Scroll down and click Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy.
Update as required.
🤓Tip: Where Enriched is selected, this allows syntax to be used. Edit in Content, and select the preview option to see the final text.
Once complete, click Update to save the changes.
