Status Code creation
The status codes are not created with Advanced C&B - they are created in Rezlynx status codes within Title Bookings.
⚠️Important: Be cautious when modifying Rezlynx status codes—changing their order or unticking them will update active events or bedrooms bookings. Avoid altering status codes ticked for PMS. Use blank status codes for additions, ensuring only C&B is ticked; otherwise, they will appear in bedroom bookings.
Status Codes shown in the events' Diary
You can decide to show specific Status Codes on the Diary and assign colours to them.
To edit the Advanced C&B status codes, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Configuration menu, select Status Codes.
You can then:
Click on Color box to amend the status colour shown within the diary.
Click Show in Diary to show or hide this status from the diary view.
Select Up or Down to change the order within the status code drop down menu.
Click Save.
