Images can be uploaded within Rezlynx for use within the PMS, and can be uploaded to Distribution Hub for use online.
Images must be JPEG format and must not exceed 100kb file size. Images uploaded must not include any special characters within the file name.
Upload images
To upload images into Media Manager within Rezlynx, follow the steps below:
Navigate to System, System, then Media Manager.
Click Add New File.
Select File Type from the drop-down menu to choose the storage location within the left-hand menu.
Click Choose File to choose an image from your device. A green bar will show if the image upload is successful.
📌 Note: This file must be less than 100kb and in jpeg format.
Click OK to save the uploaded image within the left-hand menu.
Using the images
The uploaded images can then be used in the following ways within Rezlynx:
Template Editor can access uploaded images and include them within email templates as required.
Advanced C&B rooms can access uploaded images and include them within the event room information to aid users on-site with event room selections.
