You can delete People profiles, however the reservations will remain within the system.
Required Conditions
To complete this task, you must have:
Appropriate access permissions to delete People profile in your Guestline Rezlynx system.
Deleting a Guest Profile
To delete a People Profile, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Profiles, People, then Search.
Search for the guest using either:
Profile Ref
Smart Search
Click Delete on the right-hand side of the screen next to the guest's name.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The guest profile will now be permanently removed from your Guestline Rezlynx system.
People profiles offer other features, including:
