Sensitive Guest Data
We have placed enhanced security measures on the Design Query feature, as this report allows the export of sensitive guest data.
Only Admin level users, with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, have the necessary permissions to use the Design Query feature, and only they can grant access to the report for non-Admin users. Guestline Support are not able to edit user permissions.
Design Query Support Articles
As this feature enables the export of sensitive guest data, all support articles on this feature are restricted from public access.
To view Design Query support articles, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Customer Portal.
Within the I'm a Customer box, click Sign in to my portal.
Enter your Username and Password, and click Sign in.
Once signed in, you can either:

Or, select Help Centre in the top left of the screen, enter Design Query into the search bar, then click Search to find results and view the articles.
