Guestline Rezlynx: Rate Plan Translations

You can set translations for specific rate plan information, that can be displayed on templates, in a few simple steps.

The translations tab allows you to add translations in multiple languages, so that when used with a language translated template (confirmation letter) the information will pull through.

The translations can be added either when building the rate plan or at any time after its creation, and can be removed at any time.

⚠️Important: Please note that you will need to enter the translation and this is not automatic.


Add translations

To add translations to a rate plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Rezlynx, System, Rates then Rate Plans.

  2. Select the rate plan from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Translations tab at the top of the rate plan page.

  4. Select New, and complete the fields as required:

  5. Field: Select from the drop-down menu, which field of the rate plan will be translated.

  6. Language: Select from the drop-down menu of available languages.

  7. Translation: Enter the translation into the free-type box. Translations can be up to 1,000 characters.

  8. Once you have added all of the languages and translations as required, select Save.


Remove translations

To remove or delete translations from a rate plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Rezlynx, System, Rates then Rate Plans.

  2. Select the rate plan from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Translations tab at the top of the rate plan page.

  4. Select Delete to the right-hand side of the translation to be removed.

  5. Once you have removed all of the languages and translations as required, select Save.
