When attaching a Company to a rate plan, the rate plan will be hidden until the Company is entered into the rate plan search.
The Company can be added either when building the rate plan or at any time after its creation.
⚠️Important: The rate plan will not be shown unless the company is selected within the Company section on the rate plan search pop up. When the company has been entered only the rate plans with that company attached will appear and your other rates will be hidden.
Limit to specific Companies
To attach a company to a rate plan, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, System, Rates then Rate Plans
Select the rate plan from the left-hand menu.
Select the Companies tab at the top of the rate plan page.
Search for the Company by Reference or Name, and click Refresh.
Companies without access are shown on the left of the screen. Tick the boxes of the Companies you wish to add to the rate plan, and select Add.
Once all companies have been added as required, click Save.
Remove Companies
To remove a company from a rate plan, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, System, Rates then Rate Plans
Select the rate plan from the left-hand menu.
Select the Companies tab at the top of the rate plan page.
Companies with access are listed on the right-hand side of the screen. Tick the boxes of the Companies you wish to remove, and select Remove.
Once all companies have been removed as required, click Save.
