Other features within a Multi-room are as follows:
Batch changes
This is where you can change the rate or dates on the reservations.
📌 Note: when using both Add Booking Line and Replace Existing Booking Lines this has to be done by room type.
Tick the reservations you wish to change and then choose the relevant option from:
Add Booking line is used to add additional nights to the booking
Replace Existing Booking line is used to create a new set of dates and rate plans for the room/s selected
Rate Override Booking Lines is used to override the different lines in the reservation
Rate Override Reservations is used to override the nightly rate
Any overridden rates will be displayed in red.
Copy properties
Is located when clicking on a room from the Room List.
Copy Properties is used to add information to the reservation which can then be copied across to all reservations within the multi-room.
To do items
The Create To Do Item is also available to set a reminder against the Multi-Room reservation at the bottom right of the screen.
Using the print option you can access:
Pro-forma: This will auto-direct to the print screen. If you wish to save, then you can select in the printer destination, save as PDF.
Rooming List: You can see a list of the rooms and you can expose the notes onto this report as well. If a deposit has been added to a particular room then it can be split onto all reservations or particular rooms.
Templates: To send a confirmation to either the contact or to the individual guests.
