A mandatory field is something that the user must complete in order to save the event or function booking. This will be indicated by a red star next to the field.
Rezlynx bedroom reservations can also have mandatory fields set.
You can also make attributes a mandatory field within your events and functions.
To edit mandatory fields, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Configuration menu, select Mandatory Fields.
Select either Events or Enquiries to review the hardcoded options.
You can then tick to activate the mandatory field, or untick to deactivate.
📌Note: If you have activated a field, all new bookings created will require the field; whilst existing bookings, will only require the field when someone re-opens the booking.
Click Save.
