Attributes are used to customise your Advanced C&B system, and are site-specific attributes that are utilised in four different areas of the system:
Event Bookings
Function Bookings
Function Room Configuration
Enquiry Booking
Attributes can also be created for bedrooms.
To create an Advanced C&B attribute, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Configuration menu, select Attributes.
Click New.
Complete the information as required:
Attribute Code should be capitals, maximum of 12 characters.
Attribute Description to be seen by users
Attribute Type must be selected to show how the user will add attribute information:
Text: free type text box.
Single Selection: option to add answer fields, where the user can only select a single option.
Multiple Selection: option to add answer fields, where the user can select multiple options.
Numeric: free type numerical box.
Mandatory Field if ticked ensures the user must complete the attribute.
Show on allows you to select where in the system this will be seen.
Click Save.
