The mapping guide shows how your system fields link to the OTA. This helps you match data correctly during setup. Accurate mapping ensures your availability, rates, and listing data display correctly on external channels. This reduces errors and improves booking reliability.

Access new channel mapping guides
You can map a new OTA and download its mapping guide before completing setup.
Go to one of the following locations:
Within Rezlynx, click Menu, then click Distribution Hub, then click Extended Channels.
Within Distribution Hub, click Channels, then click Extended Channels.
Under Other channels, select the OTA you want to map.
Click the Mapping Guide icon on the right side of the screen.
The mapping guide PDF is downloaded to your device.
Access enabled channel mapping guides
You can still view the mapping guide for an enabled OTA by opening it in edit mode.
Go to one of the following locations:
Within Rezlynx, click Menu, then click Distribution Hub, then click Extended Channels.
Within Distribution Hub, click Channels, then click Extended Channels.
Under Enabled channels, select the OTA.
Click Edit, as shown below:
Click the Mapping Guide icon on the right side of the screen.
The mapping guide PDF is downloaded to your device.
Click Cancel to exit without saving changes.
