Sign in to the Guestline Property Management System (PMS) for the first time after your system has been upgraded to Access Evo.

Written by Xanthe Jackson

This guide explains what to do when you sign in to Guestline Property Management for the first time after your organisation has been upgraded to Access Evo. It includes separate steps depending on whether Guestline is your first Access Evo product or you already use other Access Evo products, so you can follow the guidance that matches your setup.

⚠️Important: Your Access Evo user account is only created after you successfully sign in for the first time following the upgrade. Until you complete this sign-in, your account will not appear in the Access system.

Guestline PMS is your first Access Evo product

By following the steps, you will create your Access Evo account, set a new password, and confirm that you can open Guestline successfully using the new sign-in experience.

Sign in with an email address

Follow these steps if you use an email address to sign in, and you do not already use other Access products:

  1. Go to home.guestline.app.

  2. Enter your usual Guestline login details and click Log in.

  3. You are redirected to the Access Evo sign-up screen, as shown below:

  4. Select No, Guestline Property Management is my first Access product.

  5. Create a new password for Access Evo, then click Set my password. This must be a new password and cannot be the same as your previous Guestline password. Every user must create a new password as shown below:

  6. On the “You’re all set” confirmation message, click Go to Access Evo.

  7. The Access Evo home screen opens and shows the organisation name at the top of the screen. Select the access button in the top left of the screen.

  8. Select Products, then click Guestline Property Management. Guestline opens automatically.

📌 Note: If Guestline does not open automatically, sign out of Access Evo, then sign back in using your new Evo password and repeat step 8.

Sign in with a username

Follow these steps if you sign in with a username instead of an email address and you do not already use other Access products:

  1. Go to home.guestline.app.

  2. Enter your usual Guestline login details and click Log in.

  3. You are redirected to the Access Evo sign-up screen, as shown below:

  4. Select No, Guestline Property Management is my first Access product.

  5. Verify your username. Usernames with underscores are not supported in Access Evo. You must update your username during sign-up replacing underscores with full stops. For example, change jane_smith to jane.smith.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Create a new password for Access Evo, then click Set my password. Every user must create a new password.

  8. When your account is confirmed, click Go to Access Evo.

  9. The Access Evo home screen opens and shows the organisation name at the top of the screen. Select the access button in the top left of the screen.

  10. Click Products, then click Guestline Property Management.

📌 Note: If Guestline does not open, sign out and sign back in using your new Evo username and password.

Guestline PMS is not your first Access Evo product

Follow these steps if you already use other Access products within Evo:

  1. Go to home.guestline.app.

  2. Enter your usual Guestline login details and click Log in.

  3. You are redirected to the Access Evo sign-up screen, as shown below:

  4. Select Yes, I use other Access products.

  5. Enter your usual Access Evo login details and click Log in.

  6. From the Access Evo home screen, click Products, then click Guestline Property Management.

After you sign in successfully

Once you complete your first sign-in:

  • Your Access Evo account is fully created.

  • Your user profile is linked to your organisation.

  • Guestline Property Management is available from the Products screen in Access Evo.

You can now sign in using Access Evo whenever you need to use Guestline.
