You can use SSO user logs to review user actions and confirm whether users are successfully using multifactor authentication (MFA).

⚠️Important: You can only access users and audits if you have the user permissions to do so and have MFA enabled on your account. If you don't, please contact your admin user.

What you can use these logs for

  • Track user behaviour patterns.

  • Identify suspicious login attempts.

  • Verify MFA activity.

View login activity

To view SSO user login activity, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Guestline Home: https://home.guestline.app/

    • Alternatively, click your initials in the top right, then select My Account.

  2. Select Users from the left-hand menu.

  3. Use the search options to find the user you want to review.

  4. Select the pencil icon next to the user.

  5. Scroll down to Login logs.

Activity information displayed

The login logs display the most recent 25 entries for that SSO user, so you can review activity quickly.

Information displayed:

  • App: Shows which application or area has been accessed.

  • Type: Shows the action completed.

  • MFA method used: Shows how the user authenticated, for example SMS, email or an authenticator app.

  • IP address: Shows where each login originated, helping you spot unknown or unusual locations.
