Guestline EPoS: EPOS reports

You can run reports within the EPOS system, in a few simple steps.

Accessing the reports

You can access the following reports:

  • Daily Items Sold - Items Sold (quantity and total value received); grouped by Charge Code then grouped by Terminal.

  • Voided Items - Voided Items; grouped by Operator then by Charge Code.

  • No Sales - No sales; Ordered by Date and Time with additional columns of Operator and Terminal.

  • Banking - All Payments; Grouped by Terminal and Payment Type, ordered by Time

  • Wastage - All wasted items; Grouped by Terminal.

  • Consolidated Sales - All sales; Grouped by Charge Code.

  • Discount Report - All discounted items; grouped by Charge Code showing total discount given per item.

  • Gratuity Report - All gratuities that have been added to customer's bill.

  • Advanced Report - This report opens in Microsoft Excel. It has multiple tabs displaying all the information from the other reports in the file. It has filters and gives the user control of what information they want to see.


Run the report

To access the above reports, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to EPOS Backoffice, then Reports.

  2. Click the button of the report you wish to run.

  3. Choose a date range or period to run the report from and to using the calendar picker.

  4. Add other filter options as required.

    📌 Note: If you have selected Advanced Report, select areas to be included in the excel report.

  5. Click Run Report.

    📌 Note: If you have selected Advanced Report, the report will download to your device.
