  • Standard daily pricing structure.

  • Pricing varies based on the number of occupants.

Per Day Pricing by Day of Arrival

  • Price sent with exactly the same structure as Per Day.

Unsupported Pricing Models

The following pricing models are not supported in Roomlynx:

  • Per Day Pricing by Length of Stay.

  • Occupancy-Based Pricing by Length of Stay.

⚠️ Important: If any mapping registers as a Length of Stay pricing model in Expedia, Guestline will not send any updates for this conversion.

If you encounter Length of Stay pricing models, you must take one of the following actions:

Option 1: Change the Pricing Model

To change the pricing model, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Expedia account.

  2. Navigate to the affected rate plan.

  3. Change the pricing model to one of the supported models listed above.

Option 2: Update Rate Status

To update the rate status, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Expedia account.

  2. Navigate to the affected rate plan.

  3. Update the rate in Expedia to Non-Manageable status.

Once you have completed either option above, the pricing model configuration will be automatically pulled from Expedia by Guestline, ensuring proper functionality and preventing disruption of rate updates between the systems.
