You can complete a re-sync from either:
Distribution Hub to Online Channels - as discussed in this article.
You may need to resync or push the information out to channels from the Distribution Hub in order to update inventory, rate details, or restrictions, to specific OTAs.
⚠️Important: We recommend only completing a resync for the number of days needed, rather than the full 365 day resync as this is a large quantity of data to send and may affect system speeds whilst sending.
To complete a distribution hub resync, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Resync, in either of the ways outlined below:
In Rezlynx PMS select Distribution Hub, then under Connections select Resync.
In Distribution Hub select Channels, then under Resync select Resync.
Select the Property (only applicable if part of a group).
Select the Channel.
Choose the dates From and To.
📌Note: Please only resync the dates that you need, to a maximum of 365 days.
Tick the boxes required:
Inventory - your availability.
Rate Details - the rate plans mapped to the channel. Select the rate plans applicable.
Restrictions - restrictions set in Rezlynx PMS or Distribution. Select the rate plans applicable.
Click Start Resync.
The reason your channel may not be visible under the Resync option even though you are connected to them is because the connection is pull-based, meaning the channel must retrieve the data from Guestline. These channels are not resyncable for us.
Examples are: MyHotelBreak / One Journey /RoomlynxWS Connections.
