You can complete a re-sync from either:
Rezlynx to Distribution Hub - as discussed in this article.
⚠️Important: We recommend only completing a resync for the number of days needed, rather than the full 30 day resync as this is a large quantity of data to send and may affect system speed whilst sending.
To complete a rezlynx re-sync, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx PMS, select System, then within the Tools menu select Re-sync.
Within the Distribution Hub section, change the Nights as required.

Select the type of re-sync(s) you require, including:
Room types: will allow for the re-sync of all room types.
Availability: will allow for the re-sync of availability.
Rate plans: select from the drop-down menu to re-sync specific rate plans.
Flex Rates: rate plans will only show in Flex Rates if they are using a Flex Table. This step can be skipped for rate plans using a static Rate Table.
Restrictions: select from the rate plans, cascading levels or isolated channels as required.
Ceilings: select from the drop-down menu for any ceilings you have in place.
Products: this will only update Products which have been set to sell online within the Distribution tab.
Click Confirm.
