⚠️Important: To edit Access Evo Features, you must have Access Evo Administrator rights.
You may also need to edit user permissions in the Guestline SSO platform to give access to the PMS features. To edit Guestline SSO permissions, you must also have User Rights set in SSO.
Understanding Access Evo User Permission Levels
Admin vs User Access
Administrator Access
Administrators have additional options, including:
Copilot Data configuration.
Data Views management.
Security settings.
Insights - shared with Users.
Dashboards - shared with Users.
Permission to grant dashboard access to other users.
User Access
Standard users have access to:
Insights.
Dashboards.
Core Access Evo functionality based on assigned subscriptions.
Edit Access Evo user Permissions
To edit an Access Evo user's permissions, follow the steps below:
Within Guestline Rezlynx PMS, click the Access Evo button.
SelectProducts , then selectAccess Evo .
Once the new tab has loaded, select the View and manage Members icon in the top right, as shown below:
Once the members tab has opened, f ind the user to be edited.
Click the3-dots next to the user, then select Manage Roles.
Assign or modify roles as needed.
Click Save Changes.
If required, you can also edit the users' Guestline SSO permissions following the steps below:
Log in toGuestline Home , then click Users and search for the user by their email address.
Select the user with the Access Evo icon, their previous one will show without the Evo icon.
Edit the user as required, then clickUpdate Permissions.
Edit Dashboard Permissions
To review and change dashboard permissions, follow the steps below:
Within Guestline Rezlynx PMS, click the Access Evo button.
Select Products, then select Analytics.
Select Dashboards.
Find the dashboard you need to share access to, then click the sharing icon next to it.
Toggle on to grant access, or toggle off to remove access.
ClickSave.
Troubleshooting Permission Changes
Changes Not Taking Effect
Ensure the user logs out and back in to refresh permissions.
Verify changes were saved properly in both Access Evo and Guestline Home.
Permission Inheritance
Users inherit base permissions from their organisation.
Regular Review
Review user permissions regularly to ensure appropriate access.
Remove unnecessary permissions for security.
Update permissions as roles change within the organisation.
Cannot see Guestline PMS
Check with your Administrator that you have permissions for PMS.
Ensure the Guestline SSO permissions have been set for you to access the PMS.
