Guestline Rezlynx: Availability screen colours overview

You can review and edit your availability screen occupancy colours if required.

Availability colours are a visual aid used to indicate occupancy levels on the availability screen. They help users quickly assess the occupancy status of various rooms or areas.

The colours are defined based on occupancy percentages. The colour will automatically change as your occupancy percentages change. This dynamic adjustment provides a helpful visual cue when reviewing rates and occupancy levels.


Display

When viewing the availability screen, the colours will change automatically based on the occupancy levels. This visual representation makes it easier to understand the current occupancy status at a glance.

Example of occupancy levels and colours

You can decide how many levels you require and at what percentages each should run. For instance, you might set different colours for various occupancy ranges, such as:

  • 0-30% occupancy: Green

  • 31-60% occupancy: Yellow

  • 61-90% occupancy: Orange

  • 91-100% occupancy: Red

These levels can be customised based on your specific needs and preferences, as shown below:

Edit or review your availability screen occupancy levels and colours

⚠️ Important: If you make any changes to the colours or occupancy levels this will change for your whole site and all users.

To review your occupancy levels, follow the steps below:

  1. Within Guestline Rezlynx PMS, navigate to System, select System, and then select Ini Settings.

  2. Select Availability.

You can then review, remove or add ranges as required.
