Within a People profile, you can add feedback. The feedback tab allows you to input any feedback that a guest communicates to you, whether it is a complaint, positive feedback or a suggestion. Some third party interfaces can link to this section. There is also a feedback report that can be used to view all feedback – this is found by navigating to: Reports, Sales & Marketing, then Profile Feedback.
⚠️Important: The guest's people profile has already been created in the system.
Add feedback
To add feedback to a People profile, follow the steps below:
Within the required People profile, click on the Feedback tab.
Click Add Feedback.
Complete the following fields from the dropdown lists:
Type
Priority
Severity
Linked To
Fill in the Description field, which is a mandatory field.
Click Save.
Resolving Feedback
To resolve profile feedback, follow the steps below:
Click Edit on the feedback entry you wish to resolve.
Tick the box for Resolved.
Fill in the Resolution information.
Click Save.
The feedback will now be marked as resolved in the guest's profile.
