Guestline Rezlynx: Outgoing correspondence overview

You can view SMS, fax and emails sent by the system using Templated Editor template the system, in few simple steps

Outgoing Correspondence allows you to view SMS and emails that have left the system using a template or email system.

⚠️Important: New Confirmation emails are not recorded in this area, instead those emails are shown within the Reservation, in the Notes & Logs tab under Logs. If you have the new email facility set up, then the outgoing correspondences will show in the Sent folder of the email linked.


Viewing Outgoing Correspondences

To view outgoing or sent correspondences, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Guest Journey, Front Office, then Outgoing Correspondence.

  2. Use the filters to refine the search to a specific date and by operator.

    📌Note: SYS_TASK means these are automated template editor emails sent by the template automation.

  3. Click Refresh to see Outgoing Emails and Outgoing SMS.

  4. Click on any blue hyperlink to view the full message content. Review the message details to verify content and message sending.
