Guestline Rezlynx: Batch printing overview

You can view, print or send guest templates in bulk using the Batch Printing feature in a few simple steps.

The Batch Printing feature allows you to view, print or send your guests templates, created within Template Editor, in bulk.


Required Conditions

Before using Batch Printing, ensure you have:

  • Access to Guestline Rezlynx with appropriate permissions.

  • Guest profiles with complete contact details, including email addresses, phone numbers as required.

  • Templates are configured within Template Editor.


Batch Printing

To view, print or send your guests templates in batches, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Guest Journey, Front Office, then Batch Printing.

  2. Use the filters to create a list of reservations, including:

    • Base date - select from the drop-down menu.

      📌Note: If Resident is selected, the only additional option is then Recipient.

    • Print Date - select the specific date you wish to view.

    • Booking Status - choose which booking statuses to include.

    • Recipient type - select either the lead guest or the contact.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Tick to print, email, or SMS for specific booking references, or tick the box under the column header to select all.

    📌Note: If the boxes are greyed out, it means you are unable to use this method. This may be because either your property doesn't use SMS, or there are details missing from the guest's profile.

  5. Select your template at the bottom and click Set All to apply to everything, or choose templates individually from the drop-down menu.

  6. You can select Print Preview or Document Preview to view the template.

  7. Once set as required, select Execute to complete the action.
