You can access Rezlynx via an internet browser or via an installed Rezlynx Browser programme on your PC - which one you use is up to you. The install Rezlynx Browser looks like this on your desktop:

Login - in this article
This article will focus on issues experienced when logging into the browser with information below on how to check and resolve common issues:
No internet
If you are accessing this article from the same device that is seeing issues with loading the Rezlynx Browser then this can be ruled out.
However if you are accessing this article from another device, then please check the other devices internet connection and strength. Checks will need to be made to the ISP, Modem or Router, and if you are using Wi-Fi connection ensure you are connecting at 5ghz, not 2.4. Your IT support should be able to assist you further with these checks.
Site ID is missing from the Browser Config
If the Site ID is missing from your Rezlynx Browser it will cause your initial login screen to look different to normal, asking for your Site ID, username, password:
If you do get the above screen when launching your Rezlynx Browser, this is easily fixed by re-entering your SiteID in capital letters, at the bottom right of the Rezlynx Browser:
If you are unsure of your SiteID, you could get it from another Rezlynx Browser that is working or call the Support Team.
Rezlynx Browser is using out of date URLs or for the wrong region
If you are having issues with launching the Rezlynx Browser and you are receiving an error like this:
It may be because your Browser has outdated Server URLs configured.
To update the Server URLs, follow the steps below:
Click OK on the warning box.
On the Rezlynx Browser screen in the top left corner select Tools and Browser Options.

Click on the first URL in the server list, it usually takes 3 clicks before the cursor will appear and allow you to edit the URL.
If you are located in Europe (or the UK) then you should use this URL: https://pms.eu.guestline.net/
If you are located in the APAC region then you should use this URL: https://pms.ap.guestline.net/

Once the URL has been updated, click Apply.
One the Rezlynx Browser screen in the top left corner select File and Work Online.
Cache needs to be cleared
Due to recent updates to the Rezlynx Browser you can now clear your cache via a keyboard shortcut.
To clear your cache using the keyboard shortcut, follow the steps below:
On your computer keyboard select Ctrl + Shift + Delete all at the same time.
📌Note: If this keyboard shortcut does not open a new screen it is likely this is due to an old version of Rezlynx Browser or that the PC is running Windows 7 or 8 - please scroll down to the see how to clear your cache without using the keyboard shortcut.
A new window will open, set Time Range to All Time. Then select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Once the selection has been made, click Delete Data.
On the Rezlynx Browser screen in the top left corner select Navigation, and Refresh.
However if the keyboard shortcut does not open a new window, often due to running an older version of Rezlynx Browser or Windows 7 or 8, you can still clear the cache.
To clear the cache without using the keyboard shortcut, follow the steps below:
On the Rezlynx Browser screen in the top left corner select Tools and Developers Tools.
A new window will open, select Applications from the top of the screen.
From the left hand menu select Storage and use the arrow to expand the menu for Local Storage, Session Storage, and Cookies.
Right click on any lines showing https://pms.eu.guestline.net and select Clear.

Once completed, close the Dev Tools window.
On the Rezlynx Browser screen in the top left corner select Navigation, and Refresh.
