The Waitlist facility allows you to create a Waitlist reservation when the hotel or specific event room is fully booked, allowing you to see and search for Waitlist events in case of a cancellation. If the availability opens up for your Waitlist booking, it can be converted to an event booking.
To convert a Waitlist event to an Event, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Waitlist event.
Within the Event Information change the Status from Waitlist to the required status (including Provisional or Cancelled).
Click Save. The Waitlist option has now been converted.
