All functions need to be Checked In for the revenue to be raised and ensure that all event-related data, availability, and resources are up to date. If a function was not checked in, it can still be corrected after the event date. Once the functions within the event have concluded, the event should be Checked Out.
⚠️ Important: You cannot check in a function if it has not been allocated to an event room. To allocate the room, navigate to the event, edit the function, allocate a room, and save the changes. Once a room is allocated it can be checked in.
Check In a single function
To Check In a function, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, Guest Journey, Front of House, then Check In.
Scroll to the Function Bookings section, located just below any bedrooms waiting to be checked in.
Click the Check In icon next to the function booking or Check In at the bottom of the screen.
Review the summary screen, including the Misc and Guarantee tabs if necessary, and add any additional information as required.
Once all of the information is correct, select Confirm.
Check In multiple functions
To Check In multiple functions at the same time, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, Guest Journey, Front of House, then Check In.
Scroll to the Function Bookings section, located just below any bedrooms waiting to be checked in.
Tick the box next to all the function bookings to be checked in.
Select Check In at the top of the screen.
Select Yes to check in all of the selected function bookings. All selected functions will be check in at the same time.
