Each user can customise the order of the diary in Advanced C&B.
Once a custom order has been selected as a default, the diary for that user will automatically show in the selected order. Changes made in configuration will become the users' default setting, however, in the diary the user can temporarily change the order using the “sort by” filter.
To create a diary custom order, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Configuration menu select Diary Custom Order.
Click New.
Enter Name of the diary custom order.
To re-order the rooms, click Up or Down.
Click Save.
Select the box on the Custom Order the user requires.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Configuration should not be deleted as it may cause errors in the system or for other users utilising the view. Mark as inactive if no longer required, rather than deleting.
