The property name, description, contact information, and star rating as shown on the Direct Booking Manager (DBM) and the DBM confirmations, can be amended by sites at any time.
⚠️ Important: Changes will only affect the Direct Booking Manager and RoomlynxWS, it will not amend any OTA's.
Edit property information
To edit the property name shown on the DBM, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Property Info, in either of the ways outlined below:
In Rezlynx PMS select Distribution Hub, then under Content select Property Info.
In Distribution Hub select Configuration, then under Content select Property Info.
Edit the property's information as required:
Hotel Name - to change the name of the property
Description - to change the description of the property.
Address, Tel No., Email - to change the contact information of the property.
Stars - to change the number of stars displayed for the property.
Time Zone - this needs to be set if you have online cancellations enabled.
Click Submit.
⚠️ Important: The DBM should update automatically for you - however you should clear your cache and then review the DBM to see the changes.
