You can change or edit a rate plan description that will appear on your Direct Booking Manager for guests to see within "more details", when booking their stay.
To edit a Direct Booking Manager (DBM) rate plan description, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Manage Rates, in either of the ways outlined below:
In Rezlynx PMS select Distribution Hub, then under Rates select Manage Rates.
In Distribution Hub select Configuration, then under Rates select Manage Rates.
Click Edit on the rate plan you wish to edit.
Select the Rate Plan Content tab at the top of the screen.
Edit the text within How should this rate plan be shown? sections.
📌Note: Select Generate with AI if you need help creating the text for the Description and Highlights.
Click Submit.
This change will only affect DBM and RoomlynxWS (if configured), it will not amend any OTA's.
