You can change or edit a rate plan name that will appear on your Direct Booking Manager(DBM) for guests to review and select.
To edit a Direct Booking Manager (DBM) rate plan name, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Manage Rates, in either of the ways outlined below:
In Rezlynx PMS select Distribution Hub, then under Rates select Manage Rates.
In Distribution Hub select Configuration, then under Rates select Manage Rates.
Click Edit on the rate plan you wish to edit.
Select the Rate Plan Content tab at the top of the screen.
Within the How should this rate plan be shown? section, edit the Name of the rate plan.
📌Note: This information no longer pulls from the PMS and will default to the PMS short code.
Click Save.
⚠️Important: The DBM should update automatically for you - however you should clear your cache and then review the DBM to see the changes.
This change will only affect DBM and RoomlynxWS (if configured), it will not amend any OTA's.
