Navigate to the EPoS back office, PoS setup then select Reasons.
To create a reason
To create a reason, follow the steps below:
From the system area drop-down, choose one of the following:
Discount reasons
Void reasons
Stock reasons
Click Add.
In the pop-up box, enter the new reason and click OK.
The new reason will be available for immediate use.
To edit an existing reason
To edit an existing reason, follow the steps below:
From the system area drop-down, choose one of the following:
Discount reasons
Void reasons
Stock reasons
Select Edit and choose the reason you want to modify.
In the text box below, type the revised reason and click Save.
The updated reason will be available immediately.
To delete an existing reason
To delete an existing reason, follow the steps below:
From the system area drop-down, choose one of the following:
Discount reasons
Void reasons
Stock reasons
Select the reason you want to delete, then click Delete.
Confirm by clicking OK.
