Guestline Distribution Hub: Enable, add recipients, and disable Distribution Hub notification emails

You can enable this, add more recipients, or disable this feature in a few easy steps.

As well as the Distribution Hub Monitoring Page, users can also receive emails to advise of new, modified and cancelled reservations. This includes if the reservation has been successful, came through with a warning, or failed completely.


Enable notification emails

To enable these notification emails, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Distribution Hub.

  2. Click on Configuration, then under Content, select Distribution Notifications.

  3. Untick box to Disable Success Hotel Notifications, then click Save.


Add recipients

To add new recipients for these notification emails, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Distribution Hub.

  2. Click on Configuration, then under Content, select Distribution Notifications.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select the user language, and add the email address, then click Save.

📌 Note: Up to 6 email addresses can be added per property.

To disable these notification emails

To disable these notification emails, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Distribution Hub.

  2. Click on Configuration, then under Content, select Distribution Notifications.

  3. Tick box to Disable Success Hotel Notifications, then click Save.
