You can check out Masters and NRAs, as well as bedroom reservations and Advanced C&B events.
Navigate to NRA and Master Bookings
You can access the Master and NRA bookings in the following ways:
NRAs & Masters: Navigate to Guest Journey, then select Billing, and NRAs & Masters.
All NRAs and Masters checked in will be displayed in this section and the Booking Type column will denote whether the account is an NRA or a Master. On the right-hand side of the page, you can click to Edit settings to link guest profiles etc or click Billing to view the Room Billing page.
Room Billing: Navigate within Rezlynx to Guest Journey, select Front Office, and then Check Out.
All NRAs and Masters checked in will be displayed in the drop-down list in the top right of the Room Billing screen. You cannot edit settings in this area; you can only view the Room Billing page.
Processing Payment and Checkout
⚠️ Important: Prior to checking out an NRA or Master we would recommend linking a guest profile where possible, to simplify invoice retrieval using Invoice Reprint after checkout.
For Direct Payment
If payment has been taken by card, cash, or received via a bank transfer, follow the steps below:
Within room billing, click New Charge to add any charges to the bill as required.
Click Add Payment.
Process the payment accordingly.
Once the bill is zero and you are ready to proceed, click Check Out.
Confirm the checkout, or select Back to navigate back to Room Billing.
The checked out NRA or Master will no longer show within the NRA & Master list, or within Room Billing. The invoice can be reprinted using Invoice Reprint.
For Ledger Account Transfer
If the balance needs to be transferred to a Ledger Account, follow the steps below:
Within room billing, click Assign Ledger Acc.
Search for and select the required ledger.
Click New Charge to add any charges to the bill as required.
Tick to select items, then select Transfer To, and Ledger.
Once ready to proceed, press the Check Out button.
Click Confirm to complete the checkout.
The checked out NRA or Master will no longer show within the NRA & Master list, or within Room Billing. The invoice can be reprinted using Invoice Reprint, and can be seen within the Aged Debtors.
