You will be able to view and download your Access invoices, raise cases with our Finance team, and request changes to other key information, such as your billing address, Direct Debit, via the Customer Success Portal.
Should you need to contact Accounts about your invoices or credit notes, please visit their new contact us experience and chat with the team via the Access Digital Assistant available 24/7.
View Access invoices and credit notes
⚠️ Important: Access to Invoices and credit notes is permission-based, and therefore can only be accessed by users with a Customer Success Portal account and who are the nominated Finance Contact. If you need access, request User Permissions as outlined further in this article.
To view your invoices as a named contact, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Customer Success Portal.
Within the I'm a Customer box, click Sign in to my portal.
Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign in.
Once logged in, select My Account and then Bills & Payments.
Select View Invoices. Search for invoices using the search bar on screen, filter the invoices, or download the data for a specific period.
User permissions

To request user permission to the Bills & Payments section of the system, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Customer Success Portal.
Within the I'm a Customer box, click Sign in to my portal.
Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign in.
Once logged in, select My Account, then select Bills & Payments, and a message shows on-screen with a link to click to Register.
When a user has permission to access the Bills & Payments information, they will see the following options:
