Room nights can be removed, edited, and additional nights can be added. Room changes can also be accommodated within the same reservation. A new booking is not required if the reservation is for the same customer. These changes can be kept within the same reservation by using Booking Lines in the Room & Rate section of the reservations Main page.
Booking lines can also be removed where the line is no longer required. If the booking has been checked in already, you cannot remove the booking line for that night - however you can delete subsequent nights.
To delete a booking line(s), follow the steps below:
Open the reservation you wish to change.
Within the Main Tab, navigate to the Room & Rate section.
Follow the Booking Line along to the right-hand side, click Options.
Select Remove.
Click Yes on the confirmation window to proceed.
Once completed, the removed or deleted booking line is no longer visible and cannot be re-instated, if you need to add the night back you would add a new booking line as above.
