GuestPay customers and sites using Trust Payments will start to see a new 'Payment Gateway' panel appearing on the Reservation Guarantee page in Rezlynx. This is part of Guestline's continuous improvement programme.
The payment gateway appears as follows:
When performing an account check or take payment of, the following page will appear:
Successful tokens will appear within the payment gateway grid:
When taking a Payment from an existing transaction, the following pop-up will appear:
Within that pop-up users will now be asked to select a Merchant Initiated Transaction (MIT) Reason Code, and an amount. The CVC reference is not a mandatory field and does not have to be completed to progress past the screen.
