Trust Payments’ MyST has been our trusted payment solution for many years, supporting Guestline sites with their daily payment processing. As Trust Payments continues to innovate for the future, the new Portal platform brings advanced capabilities – giving you greater control over your guests’ payments, streamlined reconciliation, and continues to integrate seamlessly with Guestline.
What is changing?
Trust Payments Portal is a new web application to help you manage your Trust Payments account. Core transaction management and account functions remain available, including the ability to search for and view transaction details, process payments via Virtual Terminal, send payment links to customers, generate reports and statements, manage site references, view funding information, and configure account settings. While all the core MyST functionality you rely on remains available, fundamental enhancements have been made to how you access and use these features for a smoother, more intuitive experience.
The portal continues to integrate with Guestline Rezlynx PMS. Within Guestline you will see the following changes within the Payment Gateway:
When will the change happen?
Over 6,000 Trust Payments customers have already successfully migrated to the new Portal. The Portal for Guestline customers will be introduced to the new Portal in phases, based on how you use Trust Payments:
Non-GuestPay Sites transition begins in mid-October – Trust payments will contact you directly.
GuestPay Sites transition begins January 2026 – The GuestPay team will reach out in advance of this.
How can I tell if I'm a GuestPay site?
GuestPay customers have additional features including VCC payments, Paylinks, etc.
To check if you have GuestPay, follow the steps below:
Log in to Rezlynx.
Navigate to GuestPay Hub on the Homepage.
What's new in the Portal?
Trust Payments Portal is a new web application designed to help you better manage your Trust Payments account. Portal will eventually replace MyST for site, user and transaction management, providing you with enhanced features and an improved user experience.
Here are some features you can look forward to:
Streamlined Navigation – A modern, intuitive interface makes it easier to find what you need and complete daily tasks quickly, with a cleaner design built specifically for hospitality operations.
More Responsive and Interactive Transaction Search – Rearrange, freeze, or hide columns in your search results without reloading the page. Review transactions by MID or Site Reference with enhanced filtering that gives you instant control over your data view.
Background Report Generation – Download large reports in the background while you continue working in Portal, eliminating waiting time.
Multi-Admin User Management – Your users can now be managed by multiple administrators, giving your team greater flexibility and ensuring continuous access management even when key staff are unavailable.
Access Groups for Streamlined Permissions – Site administrators can create and manage Access Groups to quickly assign or revoke access to multiple site references for multiple users in fewer steps, dramatically simplifying team management.
Comprehensive data – View reports and account balances for your acquiring accounts, check the status of settlement funds sent to your bank account, and access all financial data in one centralised location.
