Advanced C&B reports are designed to provide event-related data and insights to help properties make informed decisions when managing events, resources and business strategies.
There are 4 main report types within Advanced C&B:
Event Reports: Event reports focus on the performance of events.
Function Reports: Function reports focus on the performance of specific components of an event.
Configuration Reports: These reports focus on the settings and configurations made by users within the system.
C&B Logs: These reports show the logs for changes made by users to events or enquiries.

Cancelled Bookings
Used for: | Viewing cancelled and lost events, to report on the reasons for cancellations and revenue lost. |

Delegate Menus
Used for: | Viewing pre-orders for delegate or ticketed events. Normally used on the day of the event when delivering orders to tables from the kitchen or bar. |

Enquiry Conversions (C&B)
Used for: |
Reviewing Enquiries that have been converted or closed, and is broken down into three sections:
1) Enquiries by Start Date will analyse Enquiries that had a start date within the date range that you specify.
2) Enquiries by Creation/ Transition date will show new enquiries logged, converted or closed that were due to start in the date range entered. For example, if you Enter Start date 01/01/2024 - 31/12/2024 - the report will only show enquiries that were entered, converted or lost that were due to occur during that date range. It will not include any totals that were entered, closed or converted outside of this date range.
3) Summary will break down the total number of enquiries received per year. Viewing the number of enquiries, how many have been lost & converted & the percentage conversion values. This is broken down by Event Type, Market Segment, Media Source Code & Coordinator.

Events (C&B)
Used for: | Viewing a list of each event, per day, including the booked to date value. This report can be used to see a total number of events of a particular event type within a chosen date range. |

Kitchen
Used for: | Viewing food and beverage menus and items within a date range. This can be filtered by department or food and beverage, so that a report can be provided to the kitchen and bar team separately, without them having to have a full Event Sheet. Staff can use this report to plan what food and beverage needs ordering and staffing levels required. The function status’ of ‘enquiry, checked out, cancelled and lost will need to be deselected if they are not required. |

Revenue Forecast
Used for: | Viewing Event Revenue broken down by revenue type. Revenue Types are normally set to ‘Accomm’, ‘Food’, ‘Beverage’ and ‘Other’ – however, each property can be configured differently, with a maximum of six revenue types available. Only revenue types which have a value against them will show on the report. |

Status Change
Used for: | Viewing when an Event has changed from one status to another. If you used previous versions of Rezlynx and Advanced C & B, you may log enquiries as an event- therefore this report will assist you in tracking conversions. |
