Before you can build function rooms, you must build your location types.
Locations are any area you have a function room and the diary can be filtered by these. Examples of location types are; 'outside,' 'first floor,' and 'east wing'
To create locations, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Configuration menu, select Location Types.
Click New.
Complete the information as required:
Code should be capitals, maximum of 3 characters
Description of the location
Active tick box
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: If an area is no longer used you can untick the active button, but you will need to change the location of any room you still wish to use. Configuration that has been used previously on an event should not be deleted as this may cause errors in the system.
