GuestPay with Adyen: Access Pay Hub Disputes

View disputes, chargebacks, and fraud alerts within Access Pay Hub.

The disputes section allows you to access chargeback information, fraud alerts, and cases.

Navigate to Access Pay Hub Disputes

To access the Disputes, follow the steps below:

  1. In Access Evo, click Access Button.

  2. Click Products.

  3. Select Access Pay Hub.

  4. Select Disputes.

  5. There are 3 sections within disputes, as shown below:


Chargebacks

Select the Chargebacks tab to view chargebacks that are awaiting a response and RFIs (Requests for Information) that require user action.

To view chargebacks, follow the steps below:

  1. Under Chargebacks, select filters to refine the view, including:

    • Date range.

    • Payment method.

    • Dispute reason.

  2. The list updates automatically to reflect your chosen filters.

  3. Click on a specific chargeback.

  4. The dispute management record opens. Each dispute record includes the response by date, opened on date, payment method, dispute reason, and disputed amount.


Dispute management

Select a specific dispute to view all of the dispute details.

For undefended chargebacks, you can respond directly. You can accept the dispute or defend chargeback by selecting a reason and uploading defence documents.

If you defend a chargeback, the status in the Ongoing & closed tab will change to

Pending. Once a decision is made, the status will change to Won or Lost.


Fraud alerts

View alerts to help you identify suspicious activity. Each record includes the payment

method, fraud reason, total payment amount, and date of the alert.


Ongoing & closed

View ongoing chargebacks, RFIs, and resolved disputes to help you track and match

disputes against payment activity. Each dispute record includes the payment method,

dispute reason, and disputed amount. This tab also shows the status of a dispute.

If you defend a chargeback, the status in the Ongoing & closed tab will change to Pending. Following a decision the status will change to Won or Lost
