When the Premier Spa Core interface is enabled in Rezlynx, you can select a spa package to each guest on a reservation. The selected spa package is sent to Premier Spa Core so it can be allocated in their spa planner.
You can now configure a default spa package per rate plan, which automatically applies during booking while still allowing manual changes on the reservation screen if required.
Required conditions
Before you start, make sure the following conditions are met:
The Premier Spa Core interface is enabled in Rezlynx.
You have access to Ini Settings.
Spa packages already exist in Premier Spa Core.
Only one spa package can be mapped per rate plan.
The mapped spa package is a default selection only and can be changed manually.
If no mapping is applied, no default spa package is assigned.
Access Premier Spa Interface Settings
To access Premier Spa Interface settings, follow the steps below:
Within Rezlynx, select Menu, then select System.
Under System, select Ini Settings.
Click Interfaces in the left‑hand menu.
Scroll to Enabled Interfaces and locate Spa as shown below:
Create a spa package
Within Enabled Interfaces, under Spa, click Edit Packages.
Select the plus (+) icon.
Enter the Code for the spa package.
Enter a Description. This friendly name appears on the reservation screen.
Click the Tick icon to save the changes.
Click the plus (+) icon to add additional packages.
Close the window when finished.
Click Update at the bottom of the Interfaces page to save all changes.
Edit a spa package description
Within Enabled Interfaces, under Spa, click Edit Packages.
Select the pencil icon next to the package to be edited.
Edit the Code for the spa package.
Edit a Description. This friendly name appears on the reservation screen.
Click the Tick icon to save the changes.
Repeat these steps for each package that requires editing.
Close the window when finished.
Click Update at the bottom of the Interfaces page to save all changes.
Map spa packages to rate plans
To choose a default spa package to apply based on the rate plan a booking is made, follow the steps below:
Within Enabled Interfaces, under Spa, click Rate Plan Package Mapping.
Click the plus (+) icon.
Select the Rezlynx rate plan from the first drop‑down list.
Select the Spa Package from the second drop‑down list.
Click the Tick icon to save the mapping.
Repeat these steps for each rate plan that requires a default spa package.
Click Update at bottom of the Interfaces page to save all changes.
Edit the mapping
To review the mapping list to ensure each rate plan displays the correct spa package, follow the steps below:
Within Enabled Interfaces, under Spa, click Rate Plan Package Mapping.
Select the pencil icon next to the package to be edited.
Reselect the Rezlynx rate plan from the first drop‑down list.
Reselect the Spa Package from the second drop‑down list.
Click the Tick icon to save the mapping.
Review the mapping list to ensure each rate plan displays the correct spa package.
Close the window once all mappings are complete.
Click Update at bottom of the Interfaces page to save all changes.
📌Note: If you no longer want a spa package to be linked to a specific rate plan, select the X icon to delete the mapping.
Result on the reservation screen
After the mapping is complete:
Each guest on a reservation displays a Spa Package drop‑down.
The spa package is automatically selected based on the rate plan, or can be manually selected.
You can change the spa package manually on the reservation screen if required.
