⚠️ Important: Changing the minimum or maximum of Adults/Children in a room type within Distribution Hub can stop availability, rates, and restrictions from updating on connected OTA's if the maximum or minimum does not match the rate plan numbers.
To change the minimum/maximum adults and children that will appear on your room type for the Direct Booking Manager(DBM), follow the steps below:
Navigate to Manage Rates, in either of the ways outlined below:
In Rezlynx PMS select Distribution Hub, then under Rooms select Manage Rooms.
In Distribution Hub select Configuration, then under Rooms select Manage Rooms.
Click Edit next to the room you wish to edit.
You can change Overall Pax, Min Adults, Max Adults, Max Children.
📌 Note: Infants are not currently supported on DBM. The Overall Pax can be changed without issue.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: The DBM should update automatically for you - however you should clear your cache and then review the DBM to see the changes.
