Guestline EPoS: Check if Z read has been posted and how to re-post to Rezlynx PMS

You can re-post failed Z reads to Rezlynx PMS if applicable after checking.

To check whether your Z-read has successfully posted to Rezlynx PMS, within the back office software (EPoS version 4.2.0.24 or later is required), follow these steps:

  1. Login to the Back office then enter your staff pin.

  2. Click Reprint Z Read.

    • In this section, you will see all closed periods from your EPOS tills. Each closed period will have an indicator:

      • Green Tick: The Z-read has been successfully posted

      • Red Cross: The Z-read has failed to post.

If a Z read has failed to post (indicated by a red cross), you can attempt to re-post it by following these steps:

  1. Click on the closed period that has a red cross (indicating failure to post).

  2. Select the option ‘Repost Failed Z Read’. This will attempt to re-post the Z-read to Rezlynx.

  3. After re-posting, the system should show a green tick, indicating the Z-read has now been successfully posted.

📌 Note: If the Z-read still fails to post after reattempting, contact support for further assistance.
