To check whether your Z-read has successfully posted to Rezlynx PMS, within the back office software (EPoS version 4.2.0.24 or later is required), follow these steps:
Login to the Back office then enter your staff pin.
Click Reprint Z Read.
In this section, you will see all closed periods from your EPOS tills. Each closed period will have an indicator:
Green Tick: The Z-read has been successfully posted
Red Cross: The Z-read has failed to post.
If a Z read has failed to post (indicated by a red cross), you can attempt to re-post it by following these steps:
Click on the closed period that has a red cross (indicating failure to post).
Select the option ‘Repost Failed Z Read’. This will attempt to re-post the Z-read to Rezlynx.
After re-posting, the system should show a green tick, indicating the Z-read has now been successfully posted.
