Delegate search is used to locate people’s reservations for delegate/ticketed bookings.
To search for a delegate using the delegates search, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Advanced C&B, then from the Events menu select Delegate Search.
You can then search using the following parameters:
Date Range: This will automatically display all dates, but you can choose between created, running and revised over a date range by using the drop down option.
Function Room: Allows you to filter results based on the room they are booked into.
Surname/Name: This will find the delegates name attached to the event.
Event Name: This will find the Christmas Party or Tribute Night by its event name.
Function Type: This feature will pull through the specific function type you are looking for, by selecting party night, you will get any delegates details returned that are attending a Party night.
Booked Delegates: If you are looking for a table of 10, filter your results further by typing an amount in this box.
Event/Booking Reference: If you know the reference of the event the person is booked into, type it in to receive the list of delegates for that event.
Order By: This drop down option re-orders the results by your chosen filter.
Once you have selected your search parameters, click Search to run the report.
All results returned will display with the hyperlink for the event, meaning you can quickly navigate through the system directly to the delegates tab
It will also show you how many delegates are booked onto their table, which night, function type and room. If they have any bedrooms linked to their event table, the bedrooms booked box will be ticked.
