Guestline Advanced C&B: Upload documents to an event

Attach contracts, insurance documents, and other files under 100KB to events for centralized access and documentation

This tab will allow the user to attach documents to the event, reducing the requirement for paper and electronic folders. It will mean that anyone can log into Rezlynx and view this information.

Automatic Documents – When the user emails a Contract or Proforma, the document will automatically attach to the tab. It will be named as it is saved in the system. You can see who sent it along with a time or date stamp. To see this document, select options and download.

Manual Documents – You may wish to attach the table plan, or public liability insurance to the event, so that if it is required it is immediately to hand. Any documents that you would like to attach must be under 100kb. The file type must also be configured in the documents menu.

To add documents to an event, follow the steps below:

  1. Within Rezlynx navigate to Advanced C&B, then select Search/Create Events.

  2. Using the Event Search Parameters find the event that needs to be edited.

  3. Click on the Event Reference.

  4. Within the event, select Documents tab.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Select the document group as Event Booking.

  7. Select the file, and click OK.

⚠️Important: Permitted document size is 100KB. You can compress documents using online resources if needed.
