Extract all profiles that have opted into your mailing list
Extracting all profiles that have opted into your mailing list using the Design Query report, in the following way:
Set up the report filters as required, including:
People Profiles - Exclude from mailings box within a guest's profile MUST be unticked if they have opted in to your mailing list. Exclude from 3rd mailings would also be unticked at the same time if you interface with a 3rd party, such as GuestRevu.
Profile Details - Show One Record per Unique Profile Only is ticked by default. You can opt to tick the Include Profile Reference by ticking the box.
Profile Details - You can also tick the following:
Exclude From Mailing = NO
Forename - optional
Surname - optional
Email Address - optional
Click Execute to return the report. At the top of the screen it will show Records Returned - if this shows 100 exactly, then increase the Max records to return value to 9999 and select Execute again to return all results.
There are 2 different View options:
